Ended up getting called in early and working all night yesterday. So far can only sleep 3.5 hours since yesterday morning. Just cant hardly stay asleep. Antibiotics making my stomach upset and the sinus infection and bronchitis making the room spin and hard to breathe. It's all really aggravated my asthma today. Looks like I'll be back overnight tonight working my way home. Right now in the hotel trying to decide whether to get up and push through a workout or stare at the ceiling. Cant get back a missed day and already missed yesterday.
Ok, I'll quit whining now. Thank for listening and have some kickass workouts yourself.

Decided to lift. They only have up to 50 pound dumbbells. So here is how I'm going heavier. Works ok. Used the ankle straps that came with the bands to attack the bands to the dumbbells.

10-20-20 Chest in hotel.
Shoulder warm up with bands
All lifts 50 pound DBs with bands
DB Incline, 2 warmups, 6,8,7,6
DB Flat, 10,7,7,4
DB Incline Flyes, 6,7,6,6
Push-ups, 4 sets to failure.
20 minutes treadmill.
Actually felt a little better after the lift. I think the moving around helped some.

I don’t think I would have thought of this.
I suppose you can kind of do a drop set as well by unhooking a colored band each time?
