Arms Today. Been up in an overnight trip for work since 2340 last night. Only a machine available to lift, so I chose arms today. With the way I travel, a lot of the time I chose the workout to what's available to me instead of Monday always being a chest day.
Did 4 sets of each lift, alternated biceps and triceps.

I think it’s really cool that you kind of have to play it by ear with your workouts. Your body will always be surprised as it’s never really the same schedule correct?

I’m doing a lean bulk this time. Avoiding the excessive fat gain and hopefully gaining a considerable amount of muscle. Max has been helping me with my program for awhile now and with some great results. I’m in the process of a great Maxformation, LOL.
Since my first bodybuilding show, about 10 weeks ago, I have just been doing 200 of test cyp broken up into twice a week injections and 2iu gh before bed. I will using exclusively AAS. For, at least, the first 10 weeks of this blast I will be taking per week:
Sustanon 350mg
EQ 600mg
NPP 300mg
GH 2iu twice a day
Aromasin 12.5 twice a week
Also since the show I have been eating decent, but have indulged a bit more than I really should have, gained a bit of fluff. I’m ready to buckle down and get it done properly.

Out of curiosity do you pin the GH before bed because of your hectic schedule or do you feel it’s more beneficial that way? I always like to pin anything I take when I know I’ll be active for a good amount of time otherwise I get bad PIP no matter if it’s GH or TRT.
