They dont prescribe anything unless you are dying. I'm still on antibiotics from the sinus infection, I have a nebulizer and albuterol solution on hand (used it several times to keep the lungs clear) and then we are all doing zinc, vitamin c, vitamin d, and flonase. Which are supposed to reduce symptoms and speed recovery. No big deal over all. I've had worse flu and pneumonia before. My main goal is to keep my lungs clear. That's partly why I'm so insistent on getting up and walking or lifting when I feel up to it. Helps clear the lungs.
My nebulizer below. Handy to have around. Has mask attachments too.

More of a fun picture and things to talk about than illness.
My next favorite topic other than lifting. Food!! Hot off the grill. Pork steaks and drumsticks and baked, ranch flavored potatoes.

11-11-20 legs
Feel great today for the most part. 2nd day no fever. Back was a little twingy. I think from all the time being a bum while playing sick. So didnt get to crazy today on legs.
Leg Ext and Standing Leg Curl super setted for 4 sets.
Leg Press with 4-0-4 tempo, 4 sets
Straight Legged DL, 4sets
Started squats and my lower back started hurting a bit. So I called it off for today.
Super sets of cable crunches, serratus cable crunches and planks.

Hanging Leg Raises are super hard! Especially if you lock your legs close as possible, point toes feet together, and{with back support behind you} and use no swing or momentum. They cause that stress on the muscle for super hard low abdomen muscle. Any hanging ab work is hard.

Wide Grip Pulldowns, 12, 10, 9, 7, 6
Close Grip Pulldowns, 7, 6, 5, 5
Deadlifts, 6, 6, 6, 5
Bent-over DB Row, 8, 8, 7, 6
Behind Back BB Shrug 6, 8, 6, 7
Dront BB Shrugs, 8, 7, 8, 6
Will hit cardio a little later.

11-13-20 core and cardio
Was going to do a weeks worth of Max's 5x5 starting today. But since I did back yesterday, thought Id just do cardio and core today. I'll hit it hard tomorrow.
