Had a fun night with the family. Hadn't bowled in years. Great time.
Supposedly released to go back to work tomorrow. Regret having to go back. But 3 weeks making no money isnt good either. No matter what. The family time has been wonderful.

Way awesome! I’m glad you get to go back to work. Unfortunately the majority of us have to make money to survive and enjoy life. I wish money grew on trees but nope
Oh man, I think I remember how to bowl. That looks fun. I’m pretty sure I just strong arm the ball down the lane and don’t put much effort into any finesse haha

11-18-20 Was going to be a whole body again. But a buddy of mine called and wanted to lift chest with him this afternoon. So I skipped the chest, shoulders, and arms to do that. Finally had a time when our schedules worked out. I usually dont like training with people, but it's nice sometimes. We will be going to the local big boy gym. So will be a humbling experience. At my home gym, I'm the big boy, lol.
5" on treadmill to warm up
Leg Ext light weight for more warm up, 3 sets
Leg press, 3 warm ups 2 working sets 5-0-5 tempo burned like hell
Chest Supported BB Row under hand grip 3 warm up and 2 working sets
Rack pull 3 warm up 2 working and set a new 5 set PR for myself
Straight legged DL 3 sets

11-18-20 Chest for workout #2 today.
Went to a local gym and got to use some other equipment than what I usually have available. It was nice and hit things a little differently.
Hammer Strength Incline, 8, 8, 8, 5, 5, 5
Hammer Strength Decline, 8, 6, 4, 7
Cable Crossover Incline, 8, 8, 8
Cable Crossover Decline, 8, 10, 8 then drop set 8, 7, 8, 7
Cable Crossover Flat, 8, 7, 5 then drop set 9, 9, 8

Just needed a close to classic breakfast this morning. 6 whole eggs over easy, 2 slices of Killer Dave's Toast, 3 slices turkey bacon.
856 calories
44 fat
49.5 carbs
65.5 protein

Took yesterday off as a planned day, but think I wore my ass down over the last week. Slept well the night before and then went to the restaurant to help my wife. Easy work but I was spent. Laid down to take a 30 minute nap and slept 4 hours and then a full night again last night.
Today planning on taking it easy and will do just cardio and core. Back and shoulders are nagging me a bit.
And today should be my first day back to work in over 3 weeks. Have been released and ready to go for a couple days, but havent been called. So hopefully today is the day. This hobby is too expensive to have no cash flow..

Protein - 335
Today, Did arms in hotel room with bands. One of those got something done, but definitely not great days. Also, 30 minutes treadmill at 4mph.

Nice to see you back at it , work and all. Covid didnt get you! . If I have a change w schedule; and I cannot get all the weight movements. I try to keep a extra high supplemental protein source flowing. Also, taking all suplements: EEA’s/creatine/betator/isolate 7 days a week is important IMO/IME. I still use them , not just on lifting days, like a pwo powder. Creatine/betator/whey isolate are important daily, for me. Food is #1 but, being able to drink 60g-70g of isolate in a 1/2 cup of water in one little chug, fat-lactose-free is convenient. Doesnt affect my appetite but keeps the muscle on!!
