Today is a rest day due to unforeseen circumstances. I had to drive out of town to do a job and it turned into a 2 day deal. What sucks is they put me up in hotel with no gym, its storming like hell outside, and I've been up since 0130 this morning. I'm pooped. So rest day today, and tomorrow when I get home, I'll hit it hard.

11-26-20 Happy Thanksgiving.
Started legs today and pulled that damn hamstring again that I injured with deadlifts the other day. All I was doing was light leg curls to warm it up. But that's ok. Wont slow me down much. I did a quad day instead and now am ready for Thanksgiving feast.
10 minute walk on treadmill
Leg extension, 4 sets
Squat, 5 sets ass to grass
Leg press 3 sets of burnout

Good deal. I'm going to an actual gym today to hit shoulders. Get out of the house a bit. Thinking of maybe doing a trial membership to see how much I'd use it.

This damn cinnamon roll pic keeps popping up on my feed. I’m comparing it to my little baby store bought ones and I would have to say 4 of them equals the one you have in the photo LOL!
There’s only 5 in a case
I’m jealous because it’s probably amazing and you said your wife makes them so it’s even more amazing!
There’s one breakfast place near me that makes monster ones as well but I’m always afraid to get it because I know I’ll eat the entire thing in one sitting haha

11-27-20 Chest, shoulders, tris
Went and got a real membership at a gym today. They had a pretty damn good deal for a year contract. It's sort of on my way home from work and 24 hours. I thought with my crazy work schedule it would be a good fit. We will see.
It was really nice to use some machines I havent used in years and some new stuff that I've never seen before. Will still keep the home gym. Way more convenient when I'm home. The gym is 37 miles away and in town. In town is no fun for me unless I have too.
Hammer Strength Iso Incline Press, 2 warmups, 3 sets, 1 drop set
DB Incline Flye, 4 sets
Precor Flye, 5 sets, 3-5-3 tempo
Precor Read Delt, 3 sets, 1 drop set
Cybex Lateral Raise, 3 sets, 1 drop set, 1-2-3 tempo
DB Front Raise, 5 sets
Hammer Strength Iso Shoulder Press, 3 sets, 1 drop set with 5 second concentric
Nautilus Iso Seated Dip, 4 sets
Rope Pushdown, 3 sets

Nothing too exciting this morning, just a little meal prepping of the same. Short on time so kept it simple with some chicken and rice. While its cooling I'll do biceps, calves, and some core in the home gym.
Starting Monday I'm switching up gear, but still all AAS except the DHB. That's just because they dont currently carry it.
Current cycle and been on for 10 weeks:
Sustanon 350
EQ 600
NPP 300
GH 2iu twice daily
Proviron 25 twice daily
New plan for the next 10 weeks:
Test500
EQ 600
DHB 350
GH 2iu twice daily
Proviron 25 twice daily

Looking forward to your feedback! Especially the T500 my guess is it will have some PIP but like you I can tolerate it. I did a DHB cycle with PIP the entire time. Great results but at the end I was glad to finish haha.
