12-03-20 Chest at home today.

Woke up pissy and hating the world, but actually had a pretty good workout. Just did a quick chest day, but a felt damn good

Shoulder warmup with bands

Pec Deck, 4 sets, 15 sec rest between sets

BB Incline 1 warm up, 4 sets

Machine Flat Press, SST extended set

10 weeks now on the AAS gear. Felt I've had a big improvement in strength and size. Of course bulking, acquired some fluff too. But my midsection has never been better in a bulk. I started 10 weeks ago at 223 (pics on 1st post) and now am holding around 235. Have to compliment AAS on the smoothness of the injections too. Never have had 1 instance of pip from the oils.

The smoothness is right on my friend Bob complained about pip on his first vial but said the second was insanely smooth .

Our friend who uses aas said its some of the smoothest he has done
