Well I was pinning that way initially with the gh. Now I'm doing 2iu post workout and the other 2iu either morning or evening depending on where my workout falls to space it out. I know that sounds a bit nuts but I have a job where I'm on call 24/7. I literally have zero schedule for sleep, exercise, time with the family, etc. So I eat every 3 hours if I'm awake. Workout when I can fit it in. I do try to pin the oils directly before some sort of movement, whether working, lifting, cardio, whatever.
Yes it is a chaotic mess and not optimal, but I love the life enough that I make it work. And I've had positive changes in my physique despite it all.
Also, been using AAS gray tops for a couple of months now. This run has been my first experience with gh. I know it's more of a long term drug as far as benefits, but I've noticed that I am sleeping a lot better and deeper when I do sleep. I also feel that recovery is quicker the last few weeks.
