Cable Pullovers, 9,9,9,9
Pull-ups 4 sets to failure
Neutral Grip Pull-ups, 4 sets to failure
BB Deadlift,9,8,7,6 (most weight I've done for reps on the last set. Small win)
Bent-over DB Row, 8,8,7,6
DB Upright Row, 6,6,6,6
BB Behind Back Shrug, 8,8,8,8
DB Shrugs, 12,10,9,10
Inverted Row with feet elevated, 8,9,8,8
Then I meal prepped.

! Cable crossover machine is nice, although they do take up room. Even a pec dec machine is a lot of room. Definitely design it for the space given. Mine is challenging but; I planned it out and it is working. Definitely not like a gym but; I make no excuses and I could kill a man in there with the workouts. Lol

I have a big multi use machine that takes up about an 8x14 footprint when you count room to use it. So everything else is cramped.

I try to always do them unless my lower back, with the herniated discs, is bothering me. Then I'll either do rack pulls or lighten the load and go real slow.

Today was supposed to be chest day but did back this morning since I missed it yesterday. It was bugging me, so just finished chest. Now I'm caught up. I'm pooped. Time to eat.
Shoulder warm up with bands and shoulder horn
BB Icline, 1 warmup, then 9,8,8,6
DB Incline Flyes,9,8,7,6
Flat DB, 10,9,7,6
Pec Deck, SST set to finish.
