Nautilus Leg Ext both legs: 15, 15, 15 then single legs, 15, 12, 10
Nautilus leg press with feet high and wide: 20, 18, 15, 10, 9
Hoist standing calf raise: 15, 12, 13, 10
Nautilus abductor: 25, 20, 18
Nautilus adductor: 15, 15, 13
Hoist crunch: 20, 20, 20
Hoist obliques: 12, 15, 12
Didint do cardio. Legs were fried.
Still holding 240. Have dropped food a little and added in more cardio, but staying about the same. I'll give it another week before making anymore changes.

Finally dropped a little weight. 236 today
Star Trac bicep machine: 2 warm up, 3 sets
Star Trac tricep machine: 3 sets
Preacher curls: 4 sets
1 arm overhead tricep ext.: 3 sets
DB hammer curl: 3 sets
Rope pushdown: 3 sets
Lying leg raise on bench: 3 sets
Tried stairmaster for the first time ever. What an evil torturous machine. Only did 5 minutes and finished cardio on recumbent bike. Probably didnt help I did legs yesterday. Will try to max that out each cardio session and get built up to use it properly. New challenge!

02-17-21. Scheduled day off, worked out 3 days and then 1 off. Worked out to be a good day to take off. I had to work all night and was up for nearly 26 hours. Tried to nap when I got off, but this apartment I'm in is noisy as hell today.

02-18-21 Back day this morning. Got called in to work for 12 hours, earlier than expected. Back at gym now. Finished lift from this morning. And now doing cardio.
Silly rant, but I hate bumper plates. Especially this multi colored kindergarten looking shit. Damn 45s are so fat your limited to what you can put on the bar. They dont make the "clank" sound when they hit the floor during a deadlift. They slide off the bar too damn easily and the collars at this fucking commercial gym wont hold a 10 on. Let alone a decent amount of weight.
And yes I'm tired and grumpy!! And I hate fufu gyms. When I mentioned the collar issue, I was told maybe I should use less weight. Fuck them. Ok. I'm done now.

Good lift day. No interruptions. Thought it was odd that I wasnt dropping weight and made a big jump all of a sudden. Guess I just needed to be patient. This morning's weight of 234. After lift did 10 minutes posing before cardio.
Shoulder warm up with bands.
Incline DB: 2 warm ups, 8, 7, 6
Nautilus decline: 1 warm up, 11, 8, 8
Nautilus incline: 8, 8, 6
DB flat flyes: 10, 12, 8
DB reverse flye: 10, 10, 10 (rest pause last one)
Standing DB lateral raise: 10, 8, 8 (drop set last one)
DB front raise: 10, 9,8
10 minutes posing
30 minutes star trac recumbent bike.
