This is true about the pain haha! Damn seats are tiny and rock hard. Almost need a damn pillow to sit on.
Yes once you get pumping that heart rate goes sky high.

Badass Riz! It’s time to shine now. Excited that your doing this and looking forward to the end result... with a trophy in hand... first place ?

Get fluffy like I did and you can make that weight. Wish I could weigh 235 on stage.
First place would be cool. I dont think I'm big enough yet. I want to win, but honestly, if you told me I could never win one, I'd still do it. I really enjoy the whole process of bulking and building myself. I'm my own and favorite science experiment. I love the cutting, prepping and unveiling of my new sculpture. And despite how I thought it would be, I loved every minute of the competition last year, except the spray tan. That shit is cold.
I'm sure I made it sound silly above. But that's how I feel.

It's funny to me how things work. The day before I felt like I had really done something. Left the gym wore out and it felt like an awesome workout. No soreness at all.
Yesterday it was a going through the motions day with no enthusiasm, although not a bad day, and I'm sore as hell this morning. Feel like I've had an ass whooping.

One thing I do is look at my goals list...yes! I am going to repeat my self, lol. It is important to me that I physically look at the piece of paper; not electronic. I look at a yellow pad on my dresser and read what I wrote down. It may just be: Finish your cardio and add 10 minutes!! I’d do use a lot of exclamations, as I do in real life. I also write the bad stuff and wjat I need to concentrate on that completely wipes the negative stuff away. Example: {GET UP! Prep your food or your ass is gonna lose Muscle!! } that was me talking to myself. No, it isn’t weird or ridiculous. Our brains can very much control how we feel and how our day goes. One thing is I do not let anyone I do not love dictate my mental feelings. If someone I love or respects me; they would not try to stop me or say something negative that I : need to stop or change, unless it is true! :
They all known my life, my goals. I do think we as men are harder on ourselves than others; so half the battle is within yourself. You really are doing awesome. I look at late 2019 pics and see you now; what a complete change! Went from big ole football coach dad bod to competing! Fucking Crazy! Just keep the fire and kick ass! I already know you well and how important training is to you so! Fuck the soreness and get in there and tear shit up. You literally have been picked up and moved away from your family and home. It is quite understandable that you will have shitty days!! Make today work for you
Max
Thank you for the encouragement.

15 minutes stairmaster level 3. Heart rate only 125 instead of 135. So must be improving. Have to bump it up a notch next time.
Finishing cardio now on recumbent bike. Doing 30 minutes.
All AAS Gear except DHB: GH 2iu when I wake, 2iu post workout on Mon-Sat. MastE300, Test500, EQ600 split on MWF. Cialis 6mg daily, T4 50 daily, Aromasin 12.5 MWF, Nolvadex on hand.
