03-22-21 chest day.
Had a long day yestweday and over night. Was up from yesterday morning at 0830 to today at 1500 other than a 1 hour nap. Slept from 1500 to 1900 today and then worked out in the hotel gym, which for a hotel gym is phenomenal. Didnt quite get all my food in today either. So between that and little sleep, was a decent workout but had no endurance.
Shoulder warmup with bands
DB Incline: 12, 11, 8
Cable Crossover with a declined angle: 10, 12, 10
BB Flat: 7, 8, 6
Arnold's: 12, 6, 8
Cable Crossover rear delt: 15, 12, 8
Cable Lateral Raise: 12, 12, 12
Wanted to do triceps too, but just no gas.
30 minutes treadmill

Probably reduced calories, at 3040 now, and increased cardio. My only guess.

03-23-21. Core and cardio
Still havent been able to sleep. So just did core and cardio. Didnt feel like legs would be optimal. Will be able to sleep tonight without being called out to work. So hopefully great rest will equal a great leg day tomorrow.
Hoist crunch machine: 40, 40, 30
Hoist oblique crunch: 30, 25, 25
Back supported hanging leg raise: 15, 18, 15
Seated calf raise: 15, 15, 15
30" recumbent bike.

03-25-21. Quads
Thinking I must be having inflammation issues, been achey in the joints all week. Took a couple days off the weights but still worse this morning. I did run out of turmeric and my osteo biflex last week. Maybe that's it. Anyway, had a decent day. Thinking about coming back into the gym later for hamstrings.
Squat: 2 warm up, then 10, 10, 8
Leg press: 20, 15, 12, 8, 5
Leg ext: 15, 17, 15, 15, 13
Hoist Standing Calf Raise: 20, 15, 15, 12
