03-28-21 15 weeks out! I'm trying something new this week. I've been hitting each part about every 5 days, when possible. Im increasing the frequency a bit and, when feasible, doing two a days. Today is the first day of that since I will be off work for sure all day.
Havent dropped any weight in 2 weeks or so. Hanging around 234. Been doing 45 to 60 minutes cardio 6 days a week. And about 3000 calories. So will drop calories to 2800. Hopefully between the calorie drop and the change in lifting frequency I'll start cutting more.
I cant remember if I posted or not, but last Monday switched up gear, still AAS. Well, because its badass.
Split M-W-F:
Test-P 500
Mast-P 300
NPP 300
GH 2iu am and 2 post workout
Ancillaries on hand and as needed
Today's first workout:
Nautilus Pec Deck: 1 warm up, 15, 15, 15, 10
Nautilus Incline Press: 1 warm up, 8, 7, 6, 5
Nautilus Low Row: 1 warm up, 16, 13, 10, 9
10" posing
Recumbent bike

Definitely the calorie drop and cardio will help. The new cycle looks sick man! Excited for you to get this going.

Starting the clen at week 10. Last 4-6 weeks I'll be changing the whole plan up. And of course I'll be kicking the AAS gear all the way to the stage.

Hotel workout, but luckily this one has the best hotel gym I've ever seen. Been trying something different this week. I think I like it. My joints have been giving me hell lately and seem to be doing better overall.
Split M-W-F:
Test-P 500
Mast-P 300
NPP 300
GH 2iu am and 2 post workout
Am workout:
Shoulder warm up with bands
Smith close grip bench: 20, 18, 12
Pushdowns: 25, 20, 18, 17
Incline DB press: 16, 12, 10
Recumbent bike 30"
Meant to do abs and pose before cardio, but forgot I guess. Never too late. Done now
Superset cable crunch / hanging leg raise
Posing 10'
You can see in the pic, a few cuts coming in. Wont be a doughboy too much longer. Will try to do actual update pics this weekend. Saturday will be 14 weeks out.
