Hotel workout, but luckily this one has the best hotel gym I've ever seen. Been trying something different this week. I think I like it. My joints have been giving me hell lately and seem to be doing better overall.

      Split M-W-F:

      Test-P 500

      Mast-P 300

      NPP 300

GH 2iu am and 2 post workout

      Am workout:
      Shoulder warm up with bands

      Smith close grip bench: 20, 18, 12

      Pushdowns: 25, 20, 18, 17

      Incline DB press: 16, 12, 10

      Recumbent bike 30"

Meant to do abs and pose before cardio, but forgot I guess. Never too late. Done now

Superset cable crunch / hanging leg raise

      Posing 10'

You can see in the pic, a few cuts coming in. Wont be a doughboy too much longer. Will try to do actual update pics this weekend. Saturday will be 14 weeks out.

Hell yeah! Shoulder striations are coming in!
      Your looking great!
I hope the NPP helps with the joints

Hasnt yet, but I hope so too. I think I was just kicking my own ass too hard. I backed off the weight and spread out the volume some.

It will help. I’m about to switch to NPP on Monday and I’m pretty excited lol

Yes this can do it man. I feel it’s always good to back it down a few notches for a week or 2 and really focus on form, holds, negatives, volume etc.

Keep doing your thing Riz! It’s working Rizky's (nonsponsored) Lean Bulk and AAS Gear Review

Have had a lot going on lately with family and work. Been stressful a time for me.

The day before yesterday I accidentally stepped off a ledge and pulled my calf. Didnt think much of it. But yesterday tried to work legs and it felt like it was tearing my calf off. Even the recumbent bike. Then last night about 1am, my quad cramped up and then my abs and neck. Was just laying there. Took about 2 hours and some pickle juice and electrolytes to get it to chill out.

Since I was a kid ,have had cramping problems. I eat decent, take potassium, magnesium, and zinc three times a day and my electrolytes powder at least once a day. So dont know what's causing this. I also drink plenty of water. 1.5 gallon yesterday and 2 gallon the day before.

I did get a workout in today with minimal cramping. Just avoided anything with legs except a slow and steady recumbent bike.

      Assisted pull-ups

      Machine Pulldowns

      Reverse Flyes

      High Row

A bit of posing, but that made me cramp so I stopped.

      30 minutes on bike.

Trying like hell to get back home. My Grandpa is on his last leg. Hope to make it home to see him 1 more time. That, and some other shit in my life, I'm way fucking stressed out. Was thinking maybe that's raising my cortisol levels and its causing my joints to hurt so much. Hopefully itll resolve before long.

The gym is the only thing that's keeping me from flipping my shit. Definitely a mental stress reliever for me.

When I get any cramping I pound some pink Himalayan salt. Or A few scoops of Taurine

Shit man! Get home and be with your grandpa. Don’t worry about checking in here. Take care of what’s most important.

Stress will certainly take a toll on someone. Have you looked into maybe something like Ashwagandha root?
My wife takes it before she goes on stage to calm her ass down lol
