Shoulder warm up

Smith machine press: 2 warm ups, 7, 6, 6, 6
Low cable row: 18, 15, 13, 11
Skull crusher with cambered bar: 20, 12, 12, 10
Dips: 4, 10, 9, 8
Hoist chest press: 20, 20, 16, 13 neutral grip
Hoist pulldown wide grip: 20, 15, 15
Next 2 super setted
Hoist close grip pulldown: 15, 12, 12
Roman chair back extension: 12, 12, 11
Recumbent bike: 30 minutes.

Got home late night Monday and then went 3 more hours to see my Grandpa Tuesday morning. It was a good visit and hope to see him again.

Got back home and life in relative order for me. Back to the grind. Home workout today.
Standing Leg Curl: 15, 15, 12
St Legged DL: 10, 10, 10, 10
Shrugs, just because: 20, 20, 15, 15
Squat: 20, 15, 15, 10
Leg Press, feet places high: 20, 20, 20, 20
Leg Ext: 13, 12, 10, 12
Didnt do calves. The left knee still hurting. I'll give it a few more days.

Well my grandpa died, so I got some stuff to deal with the next few days with family and all. I be back on schedule shortly.
Maybe a few days off will be food for the joints? Positive angle?

Sick of real life and got my ass in the gym today. Good stress reliever. Hit back and bis. Good lift except the 4th set on rack pulls. 4th rep hurt. So was done there. And finished the day with a good lift.

Good day. Lifted at home. Damn forearms been really hurting lately with anything that requires a grip especially.
Shoulder warm up with bands
DB Incline: 3 warmups, 10, 8, 6
Pec Deck: 1 warmup, 15, 15, 12
Flat Bench: 8, 8, 8
Military Press: 12, 10, 8
Chest Supported DB Reverse Flye: 10, 10, 8
DB Lateral Raise: 8, 10, 8
Front DB Raise: 8, 10, 10
Dips: 5, 6, 6. Not worth a fuck today on these. Would hit the 3rd rep and go to shit.
Reverse Grip Pushdown: 10, 12, 9
Did 40 minutes fasted cardio this morning.
Current gear plan (all AAS, because they are badass):
Split M-W-F:
500 Test-P
300 NPP
300 Mast -P
GH, 2 iu am or after my big sleep, given my lack of schedule. And 2 iu post workout.
Aromasin 12.5 on Mon and Fri
Nolvadex and Caber on hand.
Will probably be changing things up a bit soon. I have decided not to do the show this summer. I will still lean up some from where Im at. But I'm taking the season off to put on some size. I cant wait to walk on stage again. But I want to be competitive. Sick of being a little bitch. Or feeling like I am.
