These have been a lifesaver for me. I hate cold food. It's a hot logic mini and a custom plug I made to fit into the equipment I operate so I can have hot meals while on the job. I carry a glass container that I use to heat in. It's faster and I dont like heating in plastic if possible.

Oh wow that’s pretty badass. So the glass with the food goes inside. Then you plug it in and it starts heating?

      09-29-20 Leg Day

Weighed in 225.6 today, up from 200 for the show 11 weeks ago. Tired as hell but pushed through and had a decent workout other than hamstring cramps when I attempted nordic hamstring curls.

Leg Press, 4 sets of 20

      Squat, 2 warm-ups, 9, 8, 7, 6

      Straight Leg DL 10, 9, 8, 7

      Leg Ext. w/ BFR 20, 18, 13,12

Nordic Hamstring Curl, 7 then pussed out from cramps

Calf Raises on Leg Press 6 sets of 16 varied foot position

      No cardio on leg day.

Did fasted cardio earlier, worked on the riding lawn mower, and meal prepped. Having a horrible allergy attack, so taking a nap before doing a back workout. Hopefully it'll refresh me a bit.

Got these new bands in today. I think these will be more appropriate for traveling, especially with the attachments.

Bad Ass! Look very similar to mine {Odoland}.
They are free at when you learn all the different uses. The assistance ones are highly recommended as well! Nice choice!
Sorry about the attack. Sucks. Hope you didn’t need a epi pen

No epi. I have the assistance ones already. But these will be good when short on equipment.

I'm not sure how much you believe is spiritual stuff, but on top of your nap you could try listening to reiki healing videos. There's a good English gentleman on YouTube, Neil Cooper, that makes good ones. Reiki is the channeling and use of universal energy or love or chi as asian cultures call it. It helps me a great deal maybe it can help you. Also activating the chi pumps in your spi e helps pump chi throughout your body and aura. I do them often during the day. Its as simple as going outside to fresh air, bending down to a crouched position or air squats the standing up stretching your arms above shoulders. You exhale slowly and completely at the bottom of the air squats, and fill your lungs up completely at the top stretch position. Slow steady reps taking a few seconds for each rep, do 8 or 10 reps. I promise you will feel better, maybe not 100% but definitely better. Hope this helps brother.
      GET SOME!

Good morning boys. This damn job is really getting in the way of my bodybuilding. Need to win the lottery or something.

Didnt get anything done yesterday due to work which is extremely aggravating. And the hotel had the gym shut down after 2200 so no go on that. We arrived at 2300.

Knocking out the treadmill now, as Im writing this, just to get some cardio in. Already called to work. So 30 minutes is all I will manage. Plan on trying to use some downtime on the road to squeeze in sets with my bands for a shoulder day. Got to get it in somehow.

Yesterdays macros were short, except fats from the nuts:
      Calories 3157
      Fats 182
      Carbs 146
      Protein 233

      Weight 227.5
