03-31-22 check-in. Thursdays I check in with my coach, so I'll do it here too.

I'm 14 weeks out from my show. Not as far along as Id like to be. Been dealing with some illness the last few months, but trying to make it happen anyway.

Height 5'11"
Current weight: 228, down from 248

Gear: all AAS (excellent product and service)
All injections, except GH, split to every other day
Sustanon 500/week
EQ 300/week
GH 2iu, am fasted and again post workout
Clen 40 am
T3 12.5 am and again mid afternoon

Food: 2450 cal, 68 fat, 145 carbs, 317 prot
1st meal: chicken breast, yukon potatoes
2nd: beef, rice
3rd: chicken breast, rice, greens
4th: chicken breast, greens, olive oil
5th: greek plain yogurt, whey protein, peanut butter

Weights 5 days a week
Cardio 6 with a fasted 45 minute session and a 25 minute post weights

I'm alright just plugging away, looking forward to summer time and nice weather. Still out of town a lot?

Gone a fair amount. I'm actually working on leaving the railroad and starting a new career. Been there 15 years, bit sick of the shit.

That's understandable spending so much time away from your family and home, I hope the new career takes off and is everything you want out of it.

Took the last couple days off except cardio.
