Been off since Wednesday's workout. Passed out at the gym. Spent 2 days in the hospital getting a full heart and lung workup. All is well with the heart and lungs and they don't know why I passed out. One doc suggested possibly long covid results. Who knows.
Anyways alive and kicking. Back to the grind today

Yesterday 04-15-22 Legs
My herniated discs were aggravated so I combined hams and quads. Did relatively light weight, 3-5 sec eccentrics, for higher reps. Not my preferred way to lift legs, but it at least provided some stimulation.
