Rizky's (nonsponsored) Lean Bulk and AAS Gear Review
This is an unsponsored log and review of some AAS gear. If you havent tried AAS, they should definitely be considered. 9tmare is knowledgeable, friendly and quick to answer questions. Their delivery is fast too.
I知 doing a lean bulk this time. Avoiding the excessive fat gain and hopefully gaining a considerable amount of muscle. Max has been helping me with my program for awhile now and with some great results. I知 in the process of a great Maxformation, LOL.
Since my first bodybuilding show, about 10 weeks ago, I have just been doing 200 of test cyp broken up into twice a week injections and 2iu gh before bed. I will using exclusively AAS. For, at least, the first 10 weeks of this blast I will be taking per week:
Sustanon 350mg
EQ 600mg
NPP 300mg
GH 2iu twice a day
Aromasin 12.5 twice a week
Also since the show I have been eating decent, but have indulged a bit more than I really should have, gained a bit of fluff. I知 ready to buckle down and get it done properly.

The labs are from a couple weeks ago just using the test cyp 200 per week and gh. Just to show a baseline for my start. I will get these updated later too.

Arms Today. Been up in an overnight trip for work since 2340 last night. Only a machine available to lift, so I chose arms today. With the way I travel, a lot of the time I chose the workout to what's available to me instead of Monday always being a chest day.
Did 4 sets of each lift, alternated biceps and triceps.
Cable Curl, Single Arm
Rev Grip Pushdown
Cable Preacher Curl
Rope Pushdown
Cable Curl Straight Bar
Cable Pushdown Straight Bar
45 minutes recumbent bike.
