Ended up being a workout off day yesterday due to my job and a couple have to do errands. Been being called out every 10 hours and working 12-14. On the road as I write this. Will get a workout in this afternoon when I get to the hotel.
Also, did my 3rd shot from the AAS supply, smooth as can be. No pip at all. No knots or soreness from the previous shots either. Pleasantly impressed.

Calories 3235
Fats 135
Carbs 210
Protein 295

Shoulders: Was actually going to skip them this week since they were nagging me. A bit extra rest for them. But they felt pretty good and I had limited weight here at the hotel. So I did a John Meadows dumbbell only shoulder workout. It doesnt use heavy weight and no overhead presses, but had a great pump and kicked my ass.

Then decided to do some abs and had the worst cramps I've ever had. It felt like a baseball was in my left ab muscles. Miserable as hell.
Said to hell with that after it subsided and walked on the treadmill for my cardio. Been up since 1am, so going to crash for awhile. They will most likely be calling me back to work around midnight or so. I hope to luck out and get to sleep all night, but not likely.

Vitamins and Supplements: Turmeric 3000mg, Vitamin C 1000mg, Magnesium 750mg, Zinc 75mg, Potassium 300, EAA's 4000mg, 81mg Aspirin, Red rice yeast 1200mg with co-Q10 100mg, Milk thistle 750mg, Glucosamine 1500mg with Chondroitin 1200mg, MSM 1500mg and collagen 300mg, and a blend of fish flax and borage oils, creatine 5g, Tudca 250mg, NAC 1800mg, Vitamin D3 5000iu, Cinnamon 1000mg, Garlic extract 3000mg, Hawthorne berry 1695mg, Citrus Bergamot 500mg, and Astralgus extract 2000mg.
Will be taking today off from weights. Cardio if I get home and have time. Looks like I will be heading right back out on the road. Most likely no more than 10 hours off. Doesnt leave me much play time.
