Lol I知 sure some hospital or Covid testing center would love to test you again just to say you have Covid again haha. I知 pretty stuck on that they prob receive something from the government for every person they test and write down that they have Covid

I don稚 think I ever asked this but do these hours or like a overnight trip ever mess with you as in tiredness or are you used to it? Is it harder to train the next day if you do a overnight trip?
I知 sure you got it down but I知 curious

The lack of schedule is trying. With being off the last 3 weeks and becoming a full time daywalker, last night was tough. But normally, I finish a shift, sleep 4-6 hours, workout, and try to get a nap before the next round. But there are some days that it really gets to me. I'd probably be more successful with more and regular sleep. But I want to succeed bad enough that I keep trying anyway.

11-22-20 Back Day
Slept well and had a great day other then I pulled my hamstring a bit on deadlifts. But felt strong. Cleaned my diet up a bit and got a little cardio in this last week. Dropped some fluff and feel way better. Trying to make sure I stay in that 15% bodyfat range or less. Dont want a fat ass dirty bulk like Ive done before.
After this week will be starting a 10 week blast. I'll post the changes and details of that later.
Wide Grip Pull-Ups, 4 sets
Neutral Close Grip Pull-Ups, 4 sets
Deadlifts, 4 sets. And I had a new pr for me, did 6 x 370. No powerlifting record, but good for me.
Chest Supported BB Row, 3 regular sets, 4th set a drop set to failure. I dropped 20 pounds each time.
Behind Back BB Shrugs, 3 sets
Front BB Shrugs, 3 sets
Hanging Leg Raise, 4 sets
Cable Serratus Crunch and Cable Crunch super setted to failure

I hold it the same.....if i think i will pass the BF 15 % i do a mini cut for a week, that works for me.
Max would say: reach one goal a day
Stay focused and you will get it

11-23-20 Chest
Hamstring was still nagging a bit, so did chest today. Decent day other than just being achey. Wrists, elbows, and shoulders mainly.
Band and shoulder horn warm-ups for shoulders.
DB Incline, 2 warm ups then 10, 10, 7 with 2-0-2 tempo
DB Flye, 10, 10, 10, 10 with 3-0-3 tempo
BB Decline, 7, 6, 5 then drop set removing 20 pounds each time 7, 5, 5
30 min on Treadmil at 3.5mph
Wife was making big ass cinnamon rolls for the restaurant and I indulged. I know, on my way to bodybuilder hell! Ran the numbers and 1 roll is 988 calories, 38 fat, 158 carbs, 14 protein. So I'm good on the post workout carbo load.

By you saying that you want to succeed bad enough shows me that you will. Just about anyone with your schedule would have givin up or cancelled out any working out. Or at least hardcore working out like you do.
My hats off to you and I know you will succeed with your attitude and determination.
