What's the goals w/the new plan? I'm assuming cut some weight?
What's your current bf%?
You running AAS? If yes what?
I can't go that basic and I've gotta get in at least 3k cals or I can't hold weight. I'll lose 15lbs in 4 or 5 weeks. take in more EFA's, EAA's, fruits, green leaf veggies & I do whole food shakes. Your body has to work harder to break down whole food shakes...burns more calories.
You're 9" shorter than me & only 15lbs less. I can't imagine you'd have trouble losing weight on 2k cals. If you do then bump cardio duration. You stated 3 days/3mph/3d incline....for how long? I like adding a stair stepper for cardio. You can walk sideways, backwards, or go up by two or three steps at a time. Just be careful going backwards. I've been caught up in my music and busted my ass....soo yah that happened.
You training after meal 4? You can try fasted cardio upon waking. I fuqn hate it but holy I'll drop fat in a heartbeat.

Thanks Rigs! for the input i didnt mention EAAS or the beet root that I use.
I work out at 4AM and just eat a banana before workout.
The only AAS im using is 200mg of test a week. TRT
When covid hit I bought a treadmill and use that for about 30-45 min but now that gyms are open ive got more access to other equipment.
Not sure what my current bf% is.
As far as goals just trying to really dial in on nutrition as i'm almost the big 50. Just want a healthier life style and to tone up.

Bro heres what I do when I wanna lose fat weight fast. You buy a dozen to 18 eggs. Eat one yolk to every 4 eggs. Then get some quinoa,farro,oats,etc.... And make 2-3 cups at a time and eat that once it twice a day. Drink plenty of water. Excersise fasted. Fast on occasion. And most importantly consistancy. You'll lose plenty of fat but have proper nutrients to support muscle mass. Do this 2-3 times a week along along an otherwise healthy diet. Preferably right around maintainance.
