Here’s an outline of my diet started this week.
      Meal 1:
      6 Eggs
      1 Bagel
      50g PB

      Meal 2:
      8oz Chicken
      300g Rice

      Meal 3:
      8oz Chicken
      300g Rice

      Meal 4:
      8oz 90/10 Beef
      300g Rice

      Meal 5:
      150g Oatmeal
      75g PB
These are the minimum meals I want completed each day to support recovery and growth. There will routinely be other meals and snacks staggered in daily to help keep me full and growing. I tend to lose weight and fat fairly fast if I keep things to clean. I am a complete fantasy IMO right now. But will monitor my weight gain or loss. My goal is to primarily maintain scale weight and slowly swap out the fat for leaner body mass fuller muscle fibers. I know my diet is plan and boring and that’s fine I’m eatin for a specific goal not for pleasure. Also don’t be alarmed i do take in greens from broccoli and spinach.

Always I’ve squatted mid 8s in the gym and over 1000 in the gym with reverse bands walked out putting the weight and low 8s in the hole.

Last night I did some deadlift, and rowing work trying to allow my knee to start feeling a little better. Worked up to 635lbs for a couple singles followed up with hammer strength low rows a plate a side up to 4 each set being a 20 rep set and 3 sets of 20 for chest supported rows with 3 plates. Nothing fancy real basic and effective.

I also started MK-677 by sxript last night doing split dosing 12.5mgs at night and the same upon waking. Placebo effect or not I slept like a fucking baby and feel incredible I will continue updating as the days go on!!!

Since starting MK-677 on Thursday my sleeping continues to be incredible and eating the clean foods have been easy. I have also woke up 270-270.8lbs the last 3 mornings. Loving MK-677 so far!!
