New to Brotherhood
A little back history I am a former nationally qualified bodybuilder and have competed in strongman as well as powerlifting (current). I have ran products from several local sources as well as QV back in the day as well as BD and ChinaIP and spartan labs. I have been competing I off and on for 13 years roughly never consistent year round with diet Or gear or training as of the last (7 years). I am currently heading into week 3 of test cyp, deca 300, and anadrol. I am taking 1000mg of cyp a week, 600mg deca and tan 50mg of anadrol a day for the first 10 days and now at 100mg per day. Before starting this cycle I stopped cold turkey in the gym as well as eating enough and gear for 1 month. I am running a modified 5-3-1 program and sitting at roughly 265lbs and a height of 5 foot 6. My best comp lifts are 400.2lbs bench 733.6lbs squat 654lbs dead. I will give updates as I go I am a huge fan of tren ace so after reading much about sxript tren I think I’ll be ordering some as well as the mk677.
I can try to do a daily/ weekly log with updates on how I feel and the progress I make while using these products. To be honest haven’t felt much from the anadrol so far hoping to soon!!

solid workout felt strong for me. Shoulders aren’t my best muscle group, leading into this week I was having a ton of shoulder pain and didn’t suffer any yesterday. I will continue to post workouts as I produce them.

This week will be week 4 of deca and last night was my fourth serving of tren a. I am running 1cc eod and last night I felt it kick in. I always get crazy night sweats from tren (which I hate). And last night they started. This week I will be hopefully start mk677 and cleaning my diet up as well. It’s usually pretty hard for me to eat high calories when it’s clean food so hopefully mk-677 will help with that. I tweaked my knee last week squatting so some of my training will be adjusted to help push recovery to my wheel. Besides everything listed my supplement break down is pretty simple. BCAA/EAA, protein powder, and preworkout.
Ill list some back work after today’s workout. Currently sitting around 263lbs I will start using a shitty gauge to track my body fat it won’t be super accurate by again it will just be a gauge.
