Pushups Variations 4 x 20, 15, 15, 13 (Feet raised, closehand, etc)
11 sets not bad for a first dedicated volume chest day. I had plenty of test and primo pumped into all corners of the pec to keep it anabolic for the next 7 days.
Gonna hit back tomorrow. Certain parts of my upper back/lats are still a bit sore from hitting them last Friday, so I'll go by instinct as far as how hard to push the volume. I'd like to hit 12 sets over 4 exercises.
7 days if anabolism, is there some literature on primo that I missed?

Possibly a reference to the Enanth ester and it's 7 carbon chain ester yielding a 7 day half elimination period.

I was thinking of doing a cow someday but after taking with guy who tried raising them organic saud you don't yield nearly as much meat. The effort and cost to "fatten" them up is too great they said. I actually looked into sheep instead. They're smaller so need less acres for grazing, the milk from them is more easily digestible, has more protein per glass of milk, and you get the wool on top of meat and milk. That sounds pretty economical to me. 1 sheep only needs .5 to 1 acre to sustain itself, cows need 2 or 3acres.

Rabbits are ez asf to raise/breed and there's a decent revenue too. My Dad did this, we ate rabbit, he sold a bunch of em, and sold the skin from the ones we ate. Not saying it's ideal for our lifestyle just making conversation.

I eat rabbits too, there are around 15 to 20 in mine and the neighbors yards. I got an air rifle to hunt them nut the cold season hit before I could sight it in and bag some. In college when I was broke with no food I'd hunt them out of the yard haha. Never thought about their fur having much value, thanks for the info bro.

Oh I was just being a smartass because supposedly on gear your "anabolic window" is open for much longer than 36-48hrs or whatever the current literature states for natural lifters. There are alot of times where I feel like I don't reach maximum fullness until around the 6-7 day mark, so I think full supercompensation takes longer than 36-48hrs if you hit a larger muscle pretty hard. Soreness may go away after a few days, but full supercompensation takes another couple days, IMO.
