Weekly Comeback Progress
Quick back story... trained hard and consistently for 3 years, did many cycles, and gained about 50lbs in that time period. Was working in gyms and got burnt out so stopped training for almost 2.5 years. Just started again on Oct 8th. Feeling good and loving training again!
Current goal is to rebuild a good base, strengthen connective tissue and get metabolism cranked up again before starting a new cycle. Would like to get back in the 220-225 range before starting back up.
Age 25
Height 6’2.5”
Starting weight 10/8 - 206lbs morning
Current weight 11/29 - 214lbs morning
BF%- 14-16%ish
Pre cycle goal 220-225lbs.
Going to try and post short updates every Sunday. Will post more detail about diet and training if people are interested.

Sounds good bro. You're still young so you should be able to move up a few notches before needing to run gear. Have you had bloodwork to check your test levels since your last cycle? Or do you atleast feel pretty good?
