May have overlooked this through the thread but, how is the HCG throughout working for you? I’ve heard a lot of people do this but just curious if you notice anything other than keeping your nut size?
I also noticed you cut it to 500 a week instead of 1000, any particular reasons?

Not noticeable effects other than testicle size I take it year around anyway at 500iu/week anyway so I just decided to leave it at that for now and hopefully I won’t shrink any lol!!

Still lifting really light cause I’m juzt not in shape yet but it’s coming slowly I’m feeling stronger and I put that to the NPP helping me out and I’m healing faster and not as sore now

Smart lifting wins! Everytime!! Powerlifters practice a lot more technique and styles; which I did not realize for the first 5 years I lifted. Quite complex and they have full on rituals .

I will confirm this, it’s the way I train. Most of my volume training is strictly based on form/technique as opposed to doing as many reps as possible with an allotted amount of weight. Being comfortable under the bar or pulling the bar is a HUGE factor in being a successful power lifter. Reps, reps, reps, and more reps.
