I know I’ve read a lot of different logs on here and I’m one of a few that trains like this I guess it’s just how I was taught when I first started lifting ,I know i could prolly do bettsr but it’s always worked for me ,if I do strength programs though it’s totally different

Friday is leg day I’ll post up my workout later,
Update: Few may know I’ve been having trouble with my appetite I take some meds that kills my appetite and I’ve been having a lot of trouble eating enough ,well things are looking better ,don’t know what has happned but things have turned the corner an im eating a little better then when I started so maybe this is due to me eating as soon as I wake up am not doing fasted cardio first I don’t know but I get up at 5:00am and eat and by 8am I’m starving so maybe this is a good sign

As your activity level increases so will appetite usually. Good to hear your hunger is back bro.

I took a rest day today my leg hurting a little I didn’t wanna keep on it while doing legs so I’ll finish up tie week tomorrow

For sure, I always remind guys; in fact yesterday. To prep, doing the workout for two weeks at 50-65% just to go through it and gradually get the body used to the mechanics. He wasn’t starting for 2 weeks but it is always good to get in shape, strengthen up, get all the wd40 out for the sore joints. May be was Np50 lol.

My meals are coming together better and the amount of food is slowly increasing! So I guess it just took a few weeks of working out to kickstart my metabolism in
