Day 3-Off day had to rest after 1st 2 days sore as hell ,still trying to get my diet straight I’ll be eating healthy and may eat a couple things not supposed to but are healthy I’m not trying to be a body builder just in great shape for my age ,maxmuscle1 has some pics and he knows how I looked right before my accident dont really care sbout abs Just wanna be lose some BF and gain my lost muscle back so hopefully I can get my eating right ,been 3 years so gonna take me a while ....
Day 4 tomorrow is Legs so I’ll see how this healing bone 
Is feeling tomorrow and see how much strength is in it compared to my other .........again y’all are great guys following me I need the support
