Well got a good report just been sick with a virus and was told to take it easy
Monday
Shoulders
Shoulder press 10,8,8,6 135lbs
DB shrugs 12,12,12,12 80lbs
Cable front raise superset with
Cable lat raise 8,8,8 25lbs
Upright row 8,8,8 60lbs
Machine reverse flys 12,12,12,12 80lbs
Cardio 30minutes
Incline 5.5
Mph 3.0
1.5 miles
