Legs-
Leg press 3 sets of 21-150lbs
Lying leg curls 4 sets 12,10,8,6,4-70lbs
Leg Extensions-4 sets of 12,10,8,6,4-80lbs
Standing calf raises-4 sets of 12- 120lbs
Squats -4 sets of 12,10,8,6,4-95lbs
30min of cardio
Had good workout today legs are already sore and I took it real easy my broken leg still shakes when I do leg extensions but it will get better ok so glad I done physical therapy this time it helped !!!
Diet coming along still having trouble eating enough ,one of my meds kills my appetite so I’m dealing with my thst, Thinking of using a gainer for a while until I can eat more to get calories in close but don’t know yet....gotta dicuss it with Max and see if it’s a good idea for a while ,just a little upset cause I can’t eat enough yet but I’m not fixing to give up just 4 days in
When I learn how to post pics with my face blobbed out Inwill lol I list some up and I took them down
So all over my day was good I’m sore I’ll be sore as hell tomorrow

Very good. Sorry to hear about the appetite. In time we can figure that out. Shakiness is completely normal after your injury. I still shake sometimes when doing a new movement. Sometimes I get involuntary muscle twitches, it always trips me out. I put my finger on the pulse and it just stops when it wants to. Lol.
Time is on your side. Stay positive and follow your physicians orders. I am sure we can find a ghrelin supp to help you eat[emoji120]

For appetite try MK677. Works great when any oral or medication eliminates appetite. That’s if you want it back that bad.
