      I think it would have the potential to work against your joint recovery. Now is a time you want to do and run things that will only benefit joint health and connective tissue integrity. Test base, with estrogen in balance, mk or GH if it wouldn't put you at risk of poor blood glucose metabolism or pre-diabetes. I'd also add a collagen peptide/protein supplement in and aim for 5-10g of collagen everyday post workout or exercise even if it just walking or light cardio. This is all depending on your budget as well. Ramble over haha, I hope some of this helps broski.

      You think I should just use Test and Deca ? Or could I add Primo to thst too ? Let me know ok planning on starting next well man let me now and help me bud I would apologize or very much

      I think test and rest with proper programming so you don't burn out will give you the best result. Add some collagen protein or peptides and you're good to go brother.
