I’m still can’t do DB front and side raises with my injured shoulder ,so I don’t do those yet ,hurts my injured shoulder to much ,so gotta wait as while longer ,i had total rotator cuff/labrum surgery in September of last year and still my rotator cuff hurts cause it was totally gone ans my doctor had to rebuild it totally [emoji817]!
