Yeah buddy thier my favorite workout i used to work them 2 times a week once alone then when I worked chest I done triceps and when I done back I done biceps

Saturday
Shoulders/Traps
Shoulder Press 4x12
DB Shrugs 4x12
Upright Rows 4x40
Barbell Shrugs 4x12
Reverse Rear Delt Flys 4x12
Cardio 30 Minutes
I’m still can’t do DB front and side raises with my injured shoulder ,so I don’t do those yet ,hurts my injured shoulder to much ,so gotta wait as while longer ,i had total rotator cuff/labrum surgery in September of last year and still my rotator cuff hurts cause it was totally gone ans my doctor had to rebuild it totally !

Well i juzt started back this morning working out I’ve been under so much stress with all that’s going on with my son and more mental issues I juzt haven’t been able to concentrate on working out

Thanks man I really appreciate it so much my dear brother ! It’s bad enough that I haven’t spoken,or seen my kids in over 5 years and I’m having to find out his condition from a family friend and it sucks and hurts as well!!!
