Still no gym today no energy inhad e bad sleep apnea and I went last night and statues at a sleep disorders center and they fixed me up to sleep at Njght sns feel good during the day so they set me up with a new machine and everything so now maybe I can go and have energy in the morning!!! Monday I’m starting with a new workout and cycle and diet so I’m excited I just need plenty of support from my BOP brothers on her so bad to help me get motivated guys hell I’m 55 and wanna hit it hard ‘n. Juzt need some help for y’all I owe y’all a lot love y’all
