Leg Extensions 4x12
Leg Curls 4x12
Standing Calf raises 4x12
Seated Calf Raises 4x12
Cardio 30minutes
Leg felt a little better this morning still hurt somewhat I could still feel the rod hurt when I was doing Leg Extensions it bothered me a lot still a little painful
