It scared me and I waited a min got out looked at it leaking antifreeze so I cranked it back up and drive it to the house and parked it an called insurance folks and my wife and it totaled it bad warped and cut the front in into so the insurance totaled it thank God inhad my seat belt on but glad AirbG didn’t go off so I’m waiting for my insurance check for a new vehicle or T least nee to me plus when I went on the ER they done a Ct scan inhad a slight concussion and bad whiplash plus intestes positive for Covid and a bad s jus infection so I had ti deal with all 3 at same time!!!! It was hell!! It’s been a month and I still feel the effects of Covid no taste kn my mouth at all no energy ets but I’m still bruised are kind my shoulder chest and stomach where seat belt was so last frost was my first day back in the gym and it was rough but things went ok I’m getting ba into it slowly lol inhope I hav a better year lol

      Well guys I’m back after my czr accidnet back in thanksgiving I hurt my neck and upper back had food on passenger seat and they were sliding off and I reached to catch the ‘em took my eyes off them 1 second and when I looked around I hit a light pole doing 40mph dead in totaled my truck so I backed up and drive it home and parked it no cop seen it and no one else seen it so I just drive it home ,weeny ate thanksgiving and went to ER got a CT scan thej testes positive for Covid so Inwas out of work and gym for 3 weeks my doctor put me on pain killers and muscle relaxers 3 months and in 2 weeks gotta have a MRI my neck still hurts bad so I can’t do squats till after MRI this strain of Covid had made me have no energy I can’t taste nothing or smell anything and that’s been 2 and 1/2 months ago so just gotta suck it up but guys and my Brothers and friends I need some shooort in my log I’m so done cause all that’s happned And to top it off my let cat slipped out this past Wednesday night and got clipped in the back leg and broke his leg he’s gotta have surgery this morning and I’m so worried about him so the last few mon to s has been shit to me!!

      But today I’m on way back today i worked shoulders and traps

      Hate you’re going through the rough valleys dude. Here is the good news:

      I’ve been off everything for 3 months now. Cold Turkey. Feel like a mixture of a woman going through menopause and a pre teen trying to find his purpose lol. Luckily I’m about to get back on the sauce but due to health issues of my own I decided to come off and try to reset as best as I could. Oddly I have had covid 3x and the last one I lost my taste and still have issues with it. Sometimes I can’t taste or smell anything even though it’s been months since covid. Such a weird flu man. Weird side effects!

      To top it out the cat is injured. Dude that sucks! Hope the surgery turns out good and really hope u get back on track. Just remember to switch hands on occasion to build up that left forearm like ole Popeye lol

      Alright. Back to work man you know what to do.
