      Bullseye...I guess I need to start doing actual cardio. News to my ear, my wife informed me late late last night when I tried to get a little somethin somethin that sex is not cardio after my little comment that I needed to get my cardio in.

      Man cardio is part of my workout program all the time if I had to pic between lifting and cardio it would prolly be cardio lol! Have it for the most important muscle we all have ,our !! It just helps me feel better and complete after a good long lifting regime

      Whenever I eat a large dessert....yes I do sometimes. I get super drowsy; almost drug like and can barely talk and pass out{fall asleep} this also happens when I eat 2,500-3,000 calories in one meal. Everytime! My body does not like sugar at all. I do know that. Red Velvet, Tiramisu, or NY Cheescake are 100% my picks but one thing I cannot touch is; A DONUT!! I cannot be near, around or in the vicinity of them. Especially the Panaderias , too many types of great treats!!
