Well tomorrow starting back normal 5 day split I think after this next week I’m gonna start a Test E NPP and Masteron cycle to help out what y’all think? Ans question,how long will it take for my muscles to get semi hard again after not working out a lot for a while any help?

I'd advise not to use any DHT derivatives until fully healed. The risk of "joint drying effects" wouldn't be supportive of the collagen synthesis needed to completely recover your muscles and ligaments. I think a test base and getting blood moving to the sore areas will go a long way to full recovery and getting back to full intensity training. You know your body better than I do though, I hope you recover in good time broski.
