Facepulls 4x12
Reverse Delt Flys 4x12
Cardio 30 Minutes 1.5 miles
Feels so good to get back in the gym after a 2 month lay off dealing with my son who has cancer !!! I’ll be sore tonight and tomorrow,I really needed this this morning makes me feel bettsr ! And thanks for all the prayers and thoughts Everyone has given me it sure helps he went back for this 3 month Checkup and he’s cancer free -so far so keep your fingers crossed

Still can’t do SB bench because if weakness in rotator cuff gonna give it a while longer and slowly get back to it
