Update had s wreck thanksgiving in g dsy and totslled my truck have a concussion,whipnlash and bruised all over havet been able to work or anything going back to work today or Friday gonns start back at the gym Monday after my doctors visit this morning I sure have missed you all!! See ya in a day or / to update my new workout and new cycle !

Gonna workout out light arms this morning and a little cardio just to Dr out hiuse for a while I’m off work until Monday and I’m not supposed to be driving much somim jzut gonna ease along the gym isn’t but 2 miles from the house I’m gonna post my workout and new cycle I’m gonna use after while when I get back home
