      Update for BOP. Back at it today. I caught the tail end of last week and had a couple good workouts.

      Whatever I had, put me down pretty good for a week. I feel back to 100% and had a decent workout this evening.

      Will throw another update on towards the end of the week. But I am still pushing and working towards my goals. Thanks BOP

      Still rolling in the gym BOP. The illness almost had a weird reset effect on me. Mentally I am feeling much better and motivated to hit thr weights. Physically still sore after workouts but grinding through it. Off tonight but will be back at them tomorrow. Will throw another update on later this week.

      Also, down 8 lbs from start. Illness had a little to do with that but I like the way I am trending.
