Below is the bar I ordered. Appreciate everyone's comments. I am going to try it (light weights) and see how shoulders respond. If not good then back to dumbells as not worth the risk.

Just an update guys. Bar came in and used this week. For those with any shoulder pain or mobility issues I would highly recommend

Good to know, I've been thinking about ordering that same bar! Have had shoulder issues this year, and would transfer nicely to up my log lift!
