Fyi...I said I would log the journey....down to 325.....seems like this weight gets fucking harder to shed the harder you work.How do you get the most accurate BFI reading?The digital scale is sketchy

First of all bad ass that ur logging ur journey AND actually working towards a better you.
Clothes fitting, scale weight, and a mirror are great tools. A BF caliper is a good tool to use too.
There are so many different articles on what is more accurate. Use different tools to get the best results for you. It’s not necessarily the same across the board. Just like how well I digest certain food, weight training, etc. there is no one size fits all. There are tons of BMI calculators. Take a body fat reading and calculate you lean body mass. Calculators everywhere.
