Unfortunately someone at BJJ got covid, so we decided to take a little break. It's been bad for me; I turned to smoking green instead to fill the time and was doing it everyday. It was starting to mess with my appetite and sleep in a bad way, so I've decided to give it up.

I'm going back to my old bro-split routine of chest/back/legs/shoulders. I used to have an arm day as well, but I think this is a good enough routine while I'm natty. I'll post some pics when I stop feeling so weak and frail lol.

I'm still on the 3.75mg dose of Mirtazapine, the same dose I've been on for four weeks now. I'm moving to a better apartment this week, so I wanna keep things stable until I get through that. It's definitely helped with my sleep and appetite the past two months. I've learned that I just gotta stop rushing things, my body and mind will let me know when the times right and I no longer need it.

I'm right there with you on giving up green, I'm about a week and half into clearing out and sucks. Sleep is shit, moody, etc but it will get better. Hang in their bro.

10 weeks since last pin. Have not smoked or taken any edibles for a week now and have been sleeping great again. My workouts at the gym are also better since I'm not eating a bunch of crap. This is the closest to normal I've felt in months.

I just moved into a new apartment (same building) 10 floors higher and from a studio to a bigger 1BR. Didn't mention it in my original post, but I've actually been staying at my parents place since starting PCT. Those last couple sleepless nights broke me mentally, and I legit thought I was going to die every time I tried to go to sleep. It's embarrassing to be doing this at 30 years old, but I never really spend time with them, and this lockdown was a good chance to catch up a bit.

Hoping the new place will be a mental reset for me, it's got a great view of the city and a ton more space. Still unpacking, but planning to start staying there this week.

I've been doing a lot better. Been moved into my new place for a week now and the extra space and nice view has helped a ton. I just halved the Mirtazapine dosage from 3.75mg to 1.875mg; I think I'll do another few weeks at this level and maybe a few more weeks at half that until I hop off. One more week until I'm three months since my last pin.

My strength is pretty much at the levels while I was on, I'm just a bit fatter now. I actually looked better during lockdown doing bodyweight stuff while cruising than I do now lol.

The only thing that's been kinda bugging me is some eye floaters I'm pretty sure I recemt;y developed. I don't know if it was the clomid, stress, or just consequences of getting older. I've always been near sighted and my visions slowly gotten worse the past year of being inside so maybe that did it. I went to my eye doctor and they said it's normal and everything looked healthy though. I'll get over it.

I'm feeling a lot better lately. I've been on around 2mg of mirtazapine for a few weeks now and just went down to 1mg last night; was kinda worried about withdrawal but I slept well! Still have a crappy night of sleep here and there but that's pretty normal compared to what I was going through before.

My strength is 90% back to what it was while blasting (not reps, just strength). I'm still conflicted about if/when my next cycle is going to be. At times when I'm stressed, anxious, and can't sleep I say never again. But when I'm at the gym and during the day it still calls to me. It's been around 14 weeks now since my last pin and I still need to get bloods.

Appreciate anyone that's commented words of support to me, it seems small but really meant a lot when I was feeling down. My next update I'll post my bloodwork.

If you ever make the decision to cycle again, be good to yourself and do all the research needed to avoid the problems yuppie ran into before. In my past experiences I learned what things messed me up and why they did it. Armed with knowledge I was able to make better decisions as to what compounds I can't run, methods to avoid side effects, etc. You can do it too bro.

I'm glad you are able to get sleep at night despite everything. Bloods will help you assess your health and build a game plan. Keep it up you're doing good brother.
