Next Careful with those Fitbits and watches. I googled how much the calorie burn is off as I wore a Fit it religiously. 27% I did the calculations and it checked out in reference to my calorie intake then, had I went with the watch I would've been in way too.much of a surplus. Hopefully yours is better and correct just wanted to let you know because there's a lot.of people that have struggled losing weight because of the watches.
Lastly I'm curious how old are you? I know reading you first posts you had said about when you were 32 but it sounds like that was in the past.

I would not be surprised if the calories burnt reading off this here watch are upwards of 50% off, but it is useful for keeping track of the steps (though, I'm certain they have their own discrepancies there). As for my age, I recently turned 35, believe it or not! Feeling better than I did at 25, though I've really reigned in the diet and fitness aspects of my life a decade later.

Weigh-in this morning puts me at 220.5 Lbs, cut seems to be moving along (though, we're still waiting on a few ingredients).

Man I wish I could put it into words but there just isn't the right ones. It's like how do you describe something others can't see, but you all feel, yet at the same time is everywhere all at once. But i digress as I can stuck on this subject for days, I'm very fascinated how things work so trying to pick something that big apart takes a lifetime haha.

Yesterday was more of a typical work day, nothing too terribly exciting. I did, however, get some certain components for this cut, and so it's on!

Feeling a little sore in my back today, and so weight addition for squats will be slowed from +5 lbs per day to +5 pounds per week. Don't wanna risk another back injury (since I'm just coming off of one last month). Years of working shitty retail with little assistance to move those huge-ass plasma TVs left me with one major injury from my youth(ish), and so now near once a year I end up with a stiff and sore back for a week, and roll back my training to give myself a chance to recover. Had been doing much higher volume too, but that was part of the growing plan, and so now we're just trimming the fat
EDIT: Also, the more research I'm doing has lead me to believe that 2x EQ to Test might yield better results. I think I'll still start small 1=1 EQ and Test, and if sides are minimal/nonexistent, then I'll bump up from there. I'm more of a minimum effective dose kinda guy (when I can be sensible). Weighed in at 218.7 Lbs this morning.

Your ability to drink coffee all day is amazing to me haha. Doesn't affect your sleep I'm guessing? I'd be up all night.
I like the minimum effective dose approach, I follow it as well. Ive found the ratios of compounds also only really means anything when you get out of the dose range of just using gear and start abusing it. Then it matters far more because of the sheer androgen load and abnormal amount of aromatization taking place. Maybe your experience with this is different?

So just be careful with the info you're fed and use best judgment. Only you know exactly how you feel and what's going on with your body. Excited to see your cut cycle and diet.

It's fair, I've been a bit of a stim junkie for a majority of my life (caffeine particularly), but oddly enough, even drinking up to 7 PM doesn't really seem to keep me up in the evenings. I typically get about 6.5 hours a night of sleep, and I suspect that's mostly due to hitting deep sleep quicker than many, and feel rested in the morning (starting to take logs using my MiWatch, though we're all familiar with just how much I trust the thing ). Took my first shot of EQ this morning, and pulled a completely nubile action: assumed my EQ was dosed the same as my Test E. Turns out, it's a good 3x stronger, so...guess I'm preloading? Still, in injections to come, I'll bring it down to intended doses (should only leave me with +100 mg over intended for the week, but still, foolish).
Weighed in at 218 this morning, so down another .7 Lbs, and descending!

Dropped the wife off at the airport yesterday morning, as she's off to spend damn near 3 weeks with the niece and nephew. They're nice enough, but I can't stand more than a few hours with them (I suspect it's all the screaming, they being 3 and 5, I believe). Got in my morning fasted cardio, cleaned up the place a touch, then started my work day. Due to the early morning drive to the airport, I ended up crashing around 2 PM for an hour. Got up and, since work was quite slow, couldn't help but hit a bit of arms on the Body Boss, dumbbell presses, and skull crushers for good measure.

Today will be my main lift day, so bicep curls, overhead extensions, deadlift, squats, presses, and skull crushers are on the menu. Already got a good 7k steps in this morning, with plans to try and hit at least another 4k throughout the day. Also, weather's fair enough for a cigar (assuming the sun's willing to stay out). Might even spring for some Rebel ice cream; we will see!
