Now, I'm fairly certain that it just must be placebo effect (as I highly doubt the Cardarine has kicked in fully from one dose), but boy howdy did I have a huge boost to my stamina yesterday for cardio (needed it to, as I piled in a bunch more calories than intended). I go by the philosophy that you cannot out-exercise a bad diet, but it would appear that I skirted around breaking my current streak for cutting:

I will say, felt a bit more winded during my squats, but that could have just been the intensity I was going at them, or perhaps the timing during the day with which I did them. Hard to say, though I'll keep note of it here.

According to dear JohnMcc, as well as a bit of light reading, the EQ will most likely kick in about a week or so from now.
In the effort of full disclosure, as well as keeping accurate logs, I have been taking the following supps:
Lazarus Naturals CBD Isolate 3000 Mg Unflavored - 1 ml (roughly 60 mg?) dropper before bed, as I find that helps me sleep throughout the night (as well as some FDA unapproved anxiety reduction benefits throughout the day)
Terrasoul Superfoods Organic Gelatinized Maca Powder - 1/4 tsp with my protein powder, could be placebo but certainly seems to have libido-positive effects
Pretty positive day, all in all. Spent most of it working, as well as watching Kick Ass, Kick Ass 2, and Kingsmen: Secret Service while crushing my cardio.
Down to 217.4 Lbs this morning.

Current ingredients:
Cardarine - 20 Mg/day* - Bumped this up to really give it a chance to shine, plus seems to be the sweet spot for weight loss/cardio
Test E - 200 Mg/Week
EQ - 300 Mg/Week* - There was a 100 Mg 'oopsie' yesterday, will drop down to 200 Mg/week with subsequent pins
Lazarus Naturals CBD Isolate 3000 Mg Unflavored
Terrasoul Superfoods Organic Gelatinized Maca Powder
Optimum Performance Whey Protein Chocolate - Honestly, was just one of the cheaper, better tasting protein powders I could buy in bulk at Costco. I can be quite frugal at times

It could have been the Cardarine actually, it doesn't have to be ran in a cycle fashion to feel the benefits. Many report they feel the boost from it within an hour or 2 from a single dose, I can attest to this as well. Many will run it in a cycle format though, it's a matter of preference I guess.

I like that you use some decent supplements and it is just enough to keep your body utilizing its protein better, burning fat better. I could see that going for long periods if your a responder. EQ is t magic but, that is one of the qualities I enjoy. Nice Maca Powder, you could add a bit of know gelatin for the skin & joints too. I love a little tbsp of collagen in my shake. Keeping a nice budget too! That is often overlooked. Some guys have a hard time even getting calories. I do enjoy Costco for Dry Pinto Beans and Calrose Rice w Bulk Cheapest Meats. I get the butcher to grind it or chop it how I want{well I did}. Haven’t been in forever. But, between the Pinto Beans and Rice; I could use a Instapot{even though I used a Dutch oven} before. Those instapot things you can literally cook sooo fast. I still make mine old fashioned but, if I was broke{which was always}, I would make my Max Burritos filled w Rice, Refried style beans, and seasoned Meat of choice. I would use either : {dry seasons}
*Chili powder, Cumin, garlic&onion powder, cayenne, salt and Pepper*. For Regular breakfast burritos or
Breakfast sausage flavor
* 2 teaspoons dried sage, 2 teaspoons salt,1 teaspoon ground black pepper, ¼ teaspoon dried marjoram, ? teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, tiny pinch ground cloves.
So delicious and I could eat anytime.

Funny story: I actually went vegetarian (I know, I know) for a good year with bloodwork every three months or so to see if it would improve my cholesterol, as I figured I needed to experiment for myself. After taking a year, decided I would try the polar opposite: Carnivore, for a year, and see how a years worth of bloodwork looked on that, and compare. Well, at least for myself, my test tanked pretty hard being vegetarian (tried to shoot for 100+ grams protein, but no dice), but my LDL/HDL ratio was better than standard American diet. However, on Carnivore (really more like super low carb, if I'm honest), bloodwork was much better, and test was higher (all my other monitored values seemed generally acceptable or even good on both diets for me)
I tell you that to tell you this: Bulk rice and beans in a pressure cooker/Insta-Pot/rice cooker, oh boy, there was a time in which I was crushing the whitest burritos you've ever seen, but I was loving it! And your recipe given makes me wanna take a cheat day
EDIT: While Carnivore(ish) does seem to work well for me, it's important to note that I don't think it's for everybody, or even for a large populace. Hell, if you wanna be a Raw Vegan, and your bloods check out, go for it! Just make sure to GET THOSE GAINS NO MATTER WHAT. It's all about punishing those carbs, fats, and proteins to bend to your will!

I had wondered about that after posting, thinking 'nobody has to wait days for [stims, apologizes], or THC, or what have you to kick in, no reason it couldn't have been'. Little less cardio in my next post, but it does feel like I can go on for days if I so chose.

So yesterday, I had been staring down this singular piece of cake that has been sitting in our fridge for a few days. Sister-in-law brought it home from a gig she had (she's been living with us since just before COVID hit, trying to get set up as a photographer here in the PNW, and since the lockdowns, she's been a bit stuck here), and offered it up to the wife and myself. Now, since my wife is on the East coast, and my sister-in-law has been dog-sitting, well...

Still, it seems as though I did enough cardio to compensate, or the Cardarine plus cardio has my back for this cut. Came to find out that there's a whole project at work that I was unaware I was supposed to be supporting, so took some extra time last night and made it right. Looks like we should have this ship turned around in no time! Completely unrelated, but man am I dying for some cinnamon bear gummies/Hot Tamales. Maybe if I'm still solid come Saturday, I'll give a little on my rather strict diet. We'll see, as I'm the only thing that can hold me back from my goals right now, right?
EDIT: Down to 216.7 Lbs this morning

Yeah it's really good at what it does, I used to use it a lot more in the past. Now I don't have as much of a need. Lately I've used it sparingly to help with some heart irregularities, but have since realized what's going on can't be fixed by supps or drugs. I always keep a little on hand though.

Friday was a bit of an experiment/slip-up/what-have-you as I continued to see how effective my cardio and Cardarine routine are. Turns out, not 200+ grams of carbs effective from a previous low carb state. Still, should only take a day or so to drift back into ketosis, and from there we'll continue to progress on the cut. Second pin of the week, and so now EQ and Test should be balanced out to the intended dosages.

No real change to strength training today, but depending on what the local sports equipment facility's got, might try to pick up some 1" plates for the dumbbells. Also, plan is to bump up squats by another 5 Lbs, but lifts right now are going quite smooth.
