Been getting in the steps, doing the work. Did get a little creative and threw these pseudo-pizza together using some low-carb wraps:

They mostly filled that pizza desire that had been brewing in me for a bit, and so the beast was sated. Little more weight added to the squats, and a few accessory lifts here and there, but mostly just continuing the grind. Down to 218 Lbs this morning.

I do a similar thing but with Dave's Killer bread rolled thin with a rolling pin and toatsed in the toaster as the crust. You're right it fills that craving just enough to get over it.

Bit of a spike in my calories today, and I feel confident the EQ is doing it's work now: had some rough pumps from the skull crushers that took a bit to shake out. Over all, though, I think I'm making great progress in the right direction. While the scale seems to be indicating a lack of loss, the mirror seems to be showing me vascularity, new vein definition, and my lifts are still progressing up (slowly, but still, with quality). Had me a Keto ice cream mint milkshake, as I just couldn't justify the 1200+ calories for a Shamrock Shake. Otherwise, it's been quarantine life: work and cardio. Still, future looks bright, and so we will continue to strive for it!

Nothing too crazy yesterday: what has become a standard amount of cardio was performed, though I did throw together some sunflower butter chaffles to eat up (just sunflower butter, egg, sweetener, and shredded mozzarella). Any nut butter (might as well get the giggles out) could be used for the recipe (Well not any, but, any that comes from a legume or a seed. There.), I just chose sunflower butter for how low carb it was. The waffles are pretty excellent, and I made a decent batch of them, so I'll be working my way through the prepped ones in short order.

Been going hard on the chaffles, mostly because making a bulk of them is pretty easy (though a touch time consuming), but allows me to get in not only eggs, but cheese, and more recently dabbled in adding in some of my protein powder. Makes hitting 100+ grams of protein by noon quite the easy task!

The wife is back from the East coast, which is wonderful to have her back. Now, I just gotta work my way back out of my bachelor-esqe shenanigans that I've built up over the past three weeks. I'm adjusting at a...well, moderate pace.
Still, the fat will be trimmed, and the muscles commanded to grow. Weighed in at 216.9 Lbs today.

So, I've got a conundrum: decided on Friday morning I was due for some more bloodwork, as things just didn't seem quite right. Had been feeling tired out of the blue, had been noticing a lack of libido, and just overall pissy mood.
current_bloodwork.jpg
Now, this is the current bloodwork on 25mg of Cardarine a day, around 300 mg of EQ a week, and 200 mg of Test-E a week. Test levels are fine, but the Cardarine does not seem to be doing my cholesterol any favors. As a point of comparison, here is my bloodwork from my previous Trenavar/MK-667/400 mg Test-E cycle:
previous_bloodwork.jpg
Were I a gambling man, I would say the AI-nature of EQ has got my E2 crushed down pretty hard right now, and the cholesterol benefits of Cardarine do not seem present for me (different folks, different strokes after all). A few paths in the woods here:
#1. Bump up the Test, keep the EQ the same, and get sweet gains while avoiding aromatization sides
#2. Drop the EQ, keep Test the same to get my E2 to rise back up slowly
#3. Drop the EQ, but bump up the Test-E to get my E2 back into range quicker
Regardless of these choices, I think it may be in my best interest to skip out on Cardarine. Best I can tell from previous MFP logs, my diet has stayed pretty well on track (and my LDL/HDL had been consistently good up until this most recent test), and from any literature I can find, EQ seems unlikely as a culprit, though perhaps E2 being so low has played a part? Hmm, curious.
Weighed in at 218.7 Lbs this morning.
