When we last left things, I had a decision to make:
#1. Bump up the Test, keep the EQ the same, and get sweet gains while avoiding aromatization sides
#2. Drop the EQ, keep Test the same to get my E2 to rise back up slowly
#3. Drop the EQ, but bump up the Test-E to get my E2 back into range quicker
So, I ended up choosing #1. Now, not much of a bump up: just going from 150 mg to 200 mg Test E per week, and I resumed taking 50 mg P-5-P, as lowering my progestin seems to be helping my current issues a touch. Might go so far as 250 mg if needed, but I prefer to stay around a cruise dose if I can help it (less sides to manage), but I will keep the log updated as to any further changes down the line.

Another grand experiment, though the results were a bit expected: according to the screen grab, I should be under my calories for the day, but find myself up 9 Lbs. Now, in reality, this is glycogen stores being refilled as I'm no longer in ketosis, but still, makes for a scary jump in weight when no context is given. So a fair point: expect dramatic perceived weight gain when coming out of ketosis, but just keep in mind that dramatic weight loss will be had as your body comes back into ketosis. Or, you know, stick with a normal diet and just keep your protein high and track calories; whichever you find easier. Then, you don't gotta worry about these high peaks and valleys. I just find I feel better in ketosis than otherwise.
Weighed in at 224 Lbs this morning.

Settling back into my ketosis-based ways more recently, while making sure to hit those 20k steps each day has been making a difference, slowly but surely. I will say, work has got me tense as one of our team members has been dropping the ball, and so it has fallen to myself and a cohort to pick up for their shortcomings. Ain't exactly a new thing; happens plenty of places, without a doubt. Still, frustrating. Or, maybe it's just my E2 coming back into balance. Or both. On that matter, I think things are starting to balance out a fair bit more, and my EQ to Test E ratios are a bit closer to 1:1, which seems like a good point for me. I did acquire some Trest in case E2 drops again, or for future dosage mistakes, but we're gonna avoid that best we can.

The weights haven't really changed much, though I'm due for adding some plates on. Feels like I've gotten to a stable level, so we'll add in incrementally and slowly to prevent future injury best we can. I will say, even with just EQ alone, cardio just feels easier. 20k, 25k, even 30k steps just requires that I'm bored enough to hop on the mini-elliptical and power through an episode, movie, or YouTube video. Then again, nearly a year of this since the lockdown has probably set me up for success as well.

Figured I would give Greg Doucette's Anabolic Ice Cream/Blizzard a shot, and I will say, those things are damned filling! Huge volume on them (though the blender racket for 7-10 minutes can be challenginig), but super filling. Gave some to the wife, who felt it was more like whipped cream, which I can see how one could come to that conclusion. Still, with the right protein powder and the right sugar free pudding mix, the ability to change it up is quite extensive. Could even throw in some fruits, if you so desired.
Aside from that, getting in the steps, and lifting the weights. Weighed in at 218.5 Lbs this morning.

Easter... what's there to say, sadly I caved to sugary delights. Back on track, however, and still hitting the steps and reps necessary to get where I'd like to be. Still shooting for ~210 Lbs, which means I still got a good 10 Lbs to lose, though even if I continue to recomp at my current weight (220 Lbs/99.8 Kg), I'll consider this whole process a success. Better vascularity than before, and better definition than right after my lean bulk back in Jan/Feb (not looking to step on stage or anything, but just be a better me).

Just to give an idea of where we've been, where we're going, and where we're at right now.
