KingLabs + Trenking = Shredded Ace
What's up guys! I wanted to run a log and also get some advice from you guys. I'll be solely using KingLab's gear. Please let me know your suggestions and input and it would be greatly appreciated.
Backstory - When I was 21-22 I was 5'9 185-190lbs and sub 10% bf. I was shredded and a powerlifter. Squatted 601 at 181lbs in competition. It was fun. I ran all kinds of shit to be quite honest. Even got gyno from runnning tren and a bunk AI. Anyways.. fast forward. I got lost on my way and came off of everything. Working 8 hours a day, drinking 8 hours a day, sleep and repeat. No point in divulging into more details than that.
Now I'm 29. I haven't touched gear since 22. Starting dieting and working out again 6 weeks ago. Started at 216lbs and more than 25% bf. Beer belly everything. I am meal prepping everything at this point. Shooting for 2100/cals and 200g/protein per day. I've lost 18lbs completely naturally and down to 198lbs. Can now seem my abs pretty nicely.
My current "plan" is to implement clen and T3 from King's Labs and get down to 185lbs. I want to get back to 12% bf. Then I plan to build solid lean muscle at that point. I will lay out a tentative cycle plan and get your guy's inputs.
Weeks 1-2
Clen 20mcg/day
T3 - 30 mcg/day
Weeks 3-4
Clen 40mcg/day
T3 - 50mcg/day
Weeks 5-6
Clen 60mcg/day
T3 - 75mcg/day
Weeks 7-15
Test C 250mg/week
Mast E - 300mg/week
Tren E - 300mg/week
Any inputs or suggestions would greatly be appreciated!

After some debate within myself and advice from my peers I've decided to run a low dose of test (250-300mg/week) to my cut part of the cycle. I'm going to start the clen as well, and save the T3 for when/if I absolutely need it in a plateau. Day one will be tomorrow and it'll be a daily log from then on.
To answer your question, I'm counting my calories and protein intake during the cut cycle. For the last six weeks, I've been getting 2100/calories per day with 200g protein. Just curious, why do you say calories should be moderate to high? I've been in a deficit to lose the weight....
Right now my split is
Back/Bi + 45 mins cardio
Legs + no cardio
Chest/Shoulders + 45 mins cardio
Cardio only 1.5 hours + ab work
Then I repeat the cycle.

I'm always for seeing guys run lower doses, but everyone is an adult here and will do what they see fit for themselves. I think 8f you're good with your meal times, macros, and training on 250-300 test you will hold onto almost every bit of muscle while cutting. You got this bro.

That's the goal! Not trying to gain muscle but even with all the time off I think I have a good amount of muscle underneath this layer. I know I was big/lean before at 195 so I'm going to try to get to 185 and see what that looks like. Might have to go to 180 but I'm going to see what I look like first!

Morning weight - 199.6 goal weight - 185
40mcg Clen
125mg test
Did chest/shoulders today. Was a pretty good workout. I know everyone likes the shoulder burn feeling - I can’t stand it. Feels more painful than a pump. Always has.
Incline dumbbell press - 70lbx3x12
superset side lateral raises - 25lbsx3x12
Incline bench press - 135 x 3 x 12
Cable flies - 20x3x12
Machine shoulder press - 75x3x10
pec dec - 100x3x12
Superset with rear delt pec dec - 55x3x12
finished off with fast walk (3.0mph) on treadmill at max incline.

Okay guys time for a few updates. My internet cable got messed up so had to wait forever for Xfinity to come out - so I've only been able to get on my phone.
Anyways-
Day 3 - Morning weight 202.2 + 2.6lbs from last weigh in. I think with me adding the test in, I've retained a bit of water. My diet hasn't changed and I haven't even cheated. I will monitor this though, as I'll have to change something if it continues. I also think I'm adding muscle the more I train. My strength is getting stronger from me being out of the game for so long, so I wouldn't be surprised if the early part of the cycle actually puts a little muscle on me - even in a deficit.
Now that my internet is fixed I'll be posting more detailed daily updates.
So far the only side from the Clen is very little shaking in the hands. I actually haven't even noticed it today. After day 5 I plan on going up to 80mcg of Clen.
Question for the group - should I split that into two doses throughout the day or all at once?
Also - I've cut out the pre workout since I'm taking Clen. I don't want to include many stims as I figured it'd be a lot of stress on the heart. I'm missing that "feeling" of a preworkout though. Any suggestions?

Raw cacao has a stimulatory effect, adding it in pre-workout by an hour or two will make a difference even if it isn't as noticeable.
As for the clen, having not used it much i can say for sure. Educated guess though would be taking smaller doses is less impact on the heart at once vs a big dose. I guess if it doesn't affect sleep try it for a few days and see which one you like more split dose or 1 big one. Good luck brother.
