well fuck! it has been a while coming as I had started a log a few months ago but I had to quit lifting while doctors ran test to evaluate an aneurysm off my aorta once I was cleared I started back to my workout and then got the covid... been over that about a week now and feel great so lets do this shit!!!!!

75mg Anavar daily--25 mg every 8 hours
375 mg NPP ---125 x 3

working out my diet details but high proteins and carb will be medium in take, my metabolism is so fucking crazy fast I need more than most
